Built by the Arq. Bottazini, the Esmeralda Tower opened its doors on May the 25th. In 2000 the Viamonte Tower was inaugurated and mayor renovations were maden. In the Colonial time, in this place the travelers and their wagons found a place to spend some nights in their journeys to the capital, hence our name.
