"The room is alright for 2 persons, not too big but then, not too small either. The neightborhood is quiet and the location is not too far from CBD. The cafe just next to the reception serves good breakfast. It is also near Central Market and the eateries along Gouger St. Overall better than the apartment I stayed at in Melbourne CBD. Room could have been bigger though, I thought Adelaide's hotels will have bigger areas than Sydney or Melbourne."

"You access the entrance of the hotel from a dark squalid side street and this first impression is not nice at all. The room itself is not bad even if it was rather small but with all you may need. The area is rather good as it is near to many restaurants. The price is adequate for what you get."

| "I spent 2 nights in your hotel and was satified. I don't remember my room number and probably should have mentioned it at the time but..... The lock to the door of our room was loose and needs to be repaired. I was especially happy with the friendly service at the reception desk. He was an english chap was he was extremely helpful. After being on the go for a couple of weeks, I was very happy to have the use of a washer and dryer on our floor.

"Good location in a quiet street very close to a variety of restaurants and bars and to public transport. Facilities were excellent for the price and the room was ideal. Service was excellent from the moment we arrived to the day of departure - welcoming and sincere; neither overly familiar nor too formal - everyone we encountered was friendly and more than willing to help with directions and information etc."

"I was disappointed to discover on arrival that the hotel was long way from the Adelaide Festival sites, though it advertised itself as being close. The staff were quite friendly, thiough one night porter who said he had been there for many years was the reverse. The hotel, despite its name, has little atmosphere or character. The breakfasts were awful - attracting service was difficult, presentation was a disgrace, and the food very ordinary with stewed help-yourself coffee and little choice. I did not have other meals there."
