| "non smoking room not available as requested.
Item left in room took 3 days to locate and 7 days later it has not arrived.
Lifts barely adequate.
Regular rooms are in need of refurbishing (which I believe is scheduled)." |

| "A very good hotel with EXCELLENT service.
What was wonderful about the Hilton service is that at no time was I made to feel that it was a problem that I had to solve, quite the opposite. I was their guest, with or without a booking, and they would deal with the situation.
The bed was the best I've ever slept in, the view over Adelaide to the hills was fantastic." |

| "Room good though bed sizes a little small for twin. Fridge in room was particularly noisy iron u/s but was replaced quickly.
Faclities good - in room safe v good.
Location excellent.
Restasurant/Bar/lounge facilies good.

| "I stayed here in January 2006, although the rooms look a tad tired, the service was excellent, with helpful staff.
The hotel was downgraded from a 5 star hotel to a 4 star while I was there, and that rating seems about right to me.
I payed AU$120 a night which to me is still great value for money.
The location is perfect, with the tram stop situated just accross the road allowing easy access to Glenelg beach." |
