We have previously stayed at another hotel in this area but couldn't get in so it was by default that we elected to stay at the Hyatt. It was excellent and when visiting Adelaide we will always stay here. Initially when we arrived (1pm) our room wasn't ready so we went for a walk but we were very disappointed two hours later to be told our room was still not ready. we had wanted to relax (it was very hot), then have shower etc before going out to an event that we had flown to Adelaide for. We thought it was not good service that our room wasn't ready. However, the manager came over and very kindly up graded us to a suite and gave us complimentary use of the club lounge which was a delightful bonus for us. Even without this, my rating would have been the same. The hotel is lovely, great location, excellent staff and facilities.

| "I absolutely love this place. I live in this city and will choose to stay here everytime I want to feel pampered and need to get away without going more than 2km! I love the unusual shape of the room - the quietness (it's set back from the main road) - the roomy luxurious bathroom - the robes - the decor - the spa and gym (intimate and friendly), the service - the restaurants and entertainment options within steps! JUST LOVE IT! Can I live here please?" |
