| "We were very impressed with the hotel staff, the room and the facilities. The self-service guest laundry is equipped with modern, efficient washing machines and driers. It was a pity we weren't staying long enough to picnic on the roof garden (picnic hampers were on sale).
The hotel is a pick-up point for day and half-day tours and on the shuttle bus route from Keswick station for Ghan passengers.
It is an easy walk to the University, the Art Gallery & Museum and the Pop-eye Jetty for trips on the Torrens River.
The popular shopping area can be reached on foot in under 15mins.
There is a good restaurant attached to the hotel and within a 20 min walk there are restaurants offering a wide variety of national cuisines.
In sum, We would stay in this hotel again and recommend it to any friends visiting Adelaide.

| "We only stayed for one night, but our experience was good. The front desk staff both when we checked in and also on checking out were very helpful. Our room was lovely, very spacious and clean. Location was very good, only a short walking distance into the main shopping district of Adelaide CBD. We would definately stay here again, in fact we tried to on our return to Adelaide but the hotel is so popular it was booked out which was a shame....maybe next time! " |

| "My daughter and I needed to shop for an upcoming Wedding and needed a place to stay where we could relax afterwards. The Majestic Roof Garden was ideal in location and exceded our expections of relaxation after our shopping spree. The spa was lovely, comfortable beds, extremely clean throughout, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no eating facilities there, however there was room service available and outside of the hotel there were plenty of accessible restaurants for all tastes. This was a wonderful treat for us and an awsome experience." |

| "Check-in:No drive through area to stop and unload luggage.Must park in front of hotel in no parking zone to check in and only enough space for 2 cars, very inadequate situation.
Quoted price on website for valet parking was self park rate.Parking station rating 1 out of five,as poor signage, hotel parking only on top floor, very slow lift, generally dirty badly maintained, top price.
Staff very helpful, but gave wrong description of room facilities.
Plumbing problems in room.
Good location,nice roof garden space.
Staff need to explain workings of air-cond better.
No complimentary n'paper unless ask.
But generally a good feeling hotel. It would be very good if above attended to." |

| "This hotel was one of jewels in the crown of our extensive tour of Australia. The room we stayed in was excellent, large, plenty of amenities, clean and a pleasure to stay in. There are many good restaurants within 5 minutes walk and the Barossa Valley only an hour's drive.
Although it had a city centre location, I've not marked it as highly for location. This is purely based on our room overlooking the roof of another buliding, and in another location it would have been perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Security seemed high in terms of card entry for lifts etc, but not intrusively so. Overall, we were very impressed with this hotel." |

| "there is only a very small window & facing right at the opposite apartment , hence there is no sense of privacy in the evening unless curtain is drawn at all time " |
