| "Medina's are absolutely suberb, I would stay in any of them again. I guess they are a little expensive in local currency terms, but with the strength of the GBP agains the Aus$, they were very cost effective and incredibly good. We also stayed in one in Canberra, a 3 bed suite, stunning." |

| "There is no hotel loading zone, and parking for unloading and loading is tenuous. There is no doorman, and there is no porter/bellman. If you inquire about restaurants at the front desk (no concierge), they're ready to make suggestions, but they have to be prompted to call for a reservation; in addition, they appear to have no clout with the local restaurants, so getting a reservation at a popular place is problematic at best.
The internet service, like everywhere else in Australia, is very expensive (AUD25/day). Travellers from the US who need access should be aware of this, and plan to use internet cafes or buy a plan (e.g., AOL) with local or toll-free numbers in Australia.
Our bedroom ceiling leaked during an intense storm. We reported this, and they said they couldn't fix it during our stay (not a surprise). They gave us a different room, with a smaller bed, at the same price, and had to be prompted to help us move - they didn't offer to move us while we were out for the day. When we checked out the next morning, the clerk denied us a rate reduction, claiming the room was the same size. The night manager had already gone home, the day manager wasn't on duty yet, and our reward for all the inconvenience and discomfort was a "sorry about that."
The location is good, the rooms are large, there is a free washer and dryer in the bathroom, there is a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, pots and pans, and crockery and cutlery. But none of that makes up for very poor customer service. If it doesn't rain, and if you don't need any help, this is a good hotel; otherwise, I'd look elsewhere." |

| "A beautiful building in the ideal location. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Size of the room was generous and it was very well kept. Perfectly quiet at night. Would certainly stay again if visiting Adelaide." |

Great base to explore Adelaide from" |

| "We had a one bed apartment which was very spacious and had all the ameneties we could have needed. Staff were helpful but found the service quite formal rather than friendly.
Location was perfect for our stay with most things only a very short walk away." |
