| "I stayed in a standard room. Room is rather small although nicely renovated and is new and clean. Bathroom is very small. This is made up for by the excellent location. Would recommend to others." |

| "Overall our stay was good except that the air conditioning did'nt work that well as it was quite warm on the day we stayed but we did get a portable fan brought to our room which was good and also the fridge wasnt that cold either." |

| "First of all, I had arrived the hotel at 13:00, however room cleaning was still working until 14:00. I suppose the room should be well prepared.
Secondly, the shower control seens not logical. Water was came out from the lower drains and I need to quick response from changed over the head shower. Otherwise, I would suffer from a very cold water.
Thirdly, I had booked the triple bed for me and two same gender room mates. While I entered the room, it was only two double bed there. And I never had been informed that the triple room was available." |

| "The hotel is in the center of everything. You can walk to just about anything. The staff is not that helpful when it came to finding things. I was basically shown where the brocheures were and told to look at them. The room was never vaccummed the whole time I was there. The rooms are small and the air condition had been turned off so I had to request a fan because the room was very hot. I ended up leaving 5 days before I was suppose to and went to a different part of australia." |

| "Excellent location in the center of everything! The service by the reception staff was over and beyond excellent. This was the most friendly staff by far that we encountered at our stay of Australia. The rooms are small, but if you don't spend too much time in them, it doesn't really matter does it? Have fun, drink lot's of wine and do the Barossa Valley Tour on the minibus. It was fantastic! " |

| "The stay was generally ok. We enjoyed the position of the hotel and thought the price reasonable.
The room itself was rather disappointing, such a long walk from the lift, the bathroom was too small and awkward, there was evidence of mite type insects in the room and bathroom and even in the bed, the window would not close properly so caused a draught directly above us when in bed. The fittings of the room were poor.
However the ease of booking online was tremendous with instant feedback and simple prompts, and no problems on arrival - well done. " |

| "We booked into a budget room, not realising that this meant a tiny, uninviting room at the back of the hotel. The staff, however, readily upgraded us to a pleasant standard room (for which we paid an extra $30). The budget room was not as good as an ordinary motel room, which would have been cheaper. I felt it was not fair to have to pay for overnight parking in the hotel's carpark. Previously we had stayed at another Accor property, the Meridien at North Adelaide which was much better value. I would recommend the Meridien to friends, but not the Grosvenor, fearing that they, too, may get one of the awful back rooms. I have no complaints about the staff, though, who were friendly, efficient and helpful." |

| "I enjoyed the stay in a very central hotel. I had a temp leg problem and found it quite a distance to room 455" |
