The best hotel i have ever stayed in Australia so far. The room is spacious, toilet is big, view is excellent and service is great. Except for some maintainence work need to be done for the room lightings. In door swimming pool is a plus point and the gym is clean. Location is good, just 5 mins walk to Rundle mall or china town where all the shops and restaurants are. House keeping is prompt and there's even a pillow menu to choose from, how thoughtful. All toilet amenities are available, great for business travellers. Another thing worth mentioning is the professional attitude of the staffs, they greet every single guest and are helpful too. Will definitely be back.

| "We enjoyed our short stay and our only reservation about this hotel was with the bathroom. The washbasin was more trendy than functional and the faucet in the bath was obtrusive and could cause injury to the elderly or infirm. The staff were excellent in that they were helpful and cheerful at all times. " |
