| "The room was adequate. Provision of shampoo and shower gel would have been appreciated. We telephoned to speak with the receptionist, left a message, yet this was not acknowledged.
We asked to use a washing machine (in addition to using the one allocated to our room) but were told we couldn't, despite it not being in use. (We had laundry to attend to and wished to undertake this as quickly as possible so that we could ensure that it would be dry for our departure the following day)." |

| "Alice on Todd has the potential to be very good. Our 1-bedroomed apartment had a really big living room, super kitchen and good bedroom. But the living room felt like a barn, as it had no pictures on the wall and large chunks of empty floor space. While the apartment was clean, for some reason the balcony and its table were really dirty and all the others seemed to be the same. Charlie Fryars, isle of Bute Scotland." |
