| "The hotel was perfect.....all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family. The location to the shopping mall was very good too." |

| "The prices for hotels and service in this area is by fare TOO high.
During our whole trip did we stay at. Meridien in HK, Hyatt in Melbourn, Crown Plaza in Alice Springs, Holiday inn at the Rock in Sydney and Conrad in Singapore and the most expensive was the lost camel and the lowest standard." |

| "Our room was rather small and the cleanliness should be improved. The price was high but in comparison to other hotels in the resort reasonable. The location is of course great and makes the difference." |

| "I hope my husband and me will forgot how small value money have in Ayers Rock resort. Nowhere else in the civilized world I have encountered so bad practice - just only because the customer cannot easy leave from a place or have a chance to change his option. Comparing among developed countries, which Australia certainly wants to be considered for, accommodation in Lost Camel Hotel at an incredible rate of 356 AUD per room per nihgt was a deception: room size was similar to students' rooms in a dormitory, smelling musty, furnished with double bed of a very small size and being very noisy due to cleaning services starting early morning (incl. watering tiles along a pool since 7am).
My order of twin room via Asiarooms.com was not discussed with the hotel at all (as the receptionist told me) but Asiarooms.com informed me that 'the hotel will do its best to fulfill this'. In reality, if informed, the hotel was able to negotiate the twin room order using cooperation with the hotel next by. As our direct contacts with the hotel were not available via asiarooms.com (and it was difficult to find the contacts via Internet by ourselves) we was not informed about this while booking the room.

| "In general the value for the money was not good...this was the most expensive room in all our Australian travel for 26 days. The room is small and there is no privacy between the sink and room (the bed is located in the center of the room). There are no chairs or tables. The couch is acceptable but there were no lights above it. From a safety/security standpoint, there is no chain on the door or double locking mechanism (rooms open to the outside). The air conditioning was minimal in the room. The mimi bar did not include everything that was itemized and additional items were included...very confusing therefore allowing potential questions regarding usage (although this was not a problem). Only instant coffee provided in room. No decaf provided second day and when requested took 45 minutes to deliver. Front desk service was friendly and also competent and maid service was friendly. The room was relatively clean although there was a sewer type smell that permeated the room and it lasted during our whole visit. This made the room feel unclean in general. Since this is a small resort area with only a few hotels there are not a lot of choices. This hotel is located centrally and has easy access to other locations...this was the best part about this hotel. " |

| "We liked the modern style of the hotel and would have rated it a four star hotel. Unfortunately it is too expensive for a 3-star hotel, like every hotel in Yulara. That is the reason for our bad rating in the category "Value". " |

| "It is the only resort in the area and does offer varying price point levels good for most budgets. I did wish there were more dining options avaiable." |

| "The doors of the shower and the toilette are transparent. It makes leaving the lights on most inconvenient. There is no TV in the room. We needed a clean place to sleep and we certainly got it." |
