Had no record of reservation on arrival.Nobody bothered to explain services available. Studio rooms were spacious and well equipped and location is Central to most attractions in Brisbane and close to the city centre. Found people in the surrounding shops to be rude. Apartments are ideal for business people,but will look for something more value for money next time.

| "I stayed here a couple of years ago for about 3 weeks, am going back to Brisbane next month, so I contacted hotel again asking about any special rates for a long stay. I received back a very short and rather rude e mail, not answering half my questions. So Ive booked somewhere else, where it seems are actually interested in my custom. In the hospitality field you have to keep standards up in every area. The slightest slip of standard and business suffers as proved in this instance." |
