| "I can't say anything bad about the hotel itself. The casino could do with a bit of updating and wasn't what we expected. It's right in the centre of the city. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel." |

| "The best!!! Been to many hotels in different parts of the globe and this is by far the best I have stayed in. Elegant and beautiful rooms. Huge!!! With class and style. Service is impeccable and warm. The best people I've met in our visit to Australia (been to Sydney too). Breakfast is delicious and of good quality. And I cannot rave enough about the rooms. It's like you're brought back to the past. From the moment we stepped in, till the time we left, it was amazing!!! This is The Hotel." |

| "I had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad for a week while on business, and it is an absolutely first-class property. The location is perfect - any downtown destination is within easy walking distance, as is the Convention Centre. The building itself is very handsome, and retains its heritage character. Rooms are extremely large, with very high ceilings and lovely furnishings. The bathroom is outfitted entirely in marble, and the bathtub has the distinction of being the single largest tub I have ever bathed in. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, and housekeeping was spotless (and included an excellent turndown service).
I have stayed in many luxury hotels and the Conrad is now one of the yardsticks I will measure future hotels against. Impeccable!" |
