| "The rooms were of acceptable standards, but the service was appalling. Service was slow when we checked in, the reception staff were not friendly at all and the concierge was not helpful in providing directions to the places we enquired about. Very disappointing service." |

| "Yes, good value for money overall. But I think that charging guests for parking is absolutely ludicrous. Even if other hotels do, you don't have to stoop that low. It gives the impression that you are milking us for every cent you can. I would prefer a slightly higher room charge to $12 for parking. Also, I had to request a toothbrush and soap - not good." |
