| "I initially booked because seven members of my family were arriving from overseas and had already booked into Holiday Inn, my partner and I arrived as a surprise for my family and wished to stay at the same place. Therefore we didn't know much about this Holiday Inn before arrival.
We were pleasantly surprised at the service, room size, professionalism of the staff, location etc.
I would stay at the Holiday Inn during any of my future visits to Brisbane, I would also recommend it to my friends.
Thank you for adding to the enjoyment through your service of the precious time spent with my family." |

| "My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn for our first wedding annaversary. The room we stayed in was on the 17th floor with perfect views of the city. I couldnt make it in to the hotel to set the room up with flowers, chocolates and some bubbly, so I asked the hotel staff. Before I knew it the hotel staff (peter) had arranged flowers, bubbly, chocolates and made the room look absoloutly stunning. We had a wonderful night, so close to all the city's resteraunts. Once again thankyou and I will see you again next year.

| "I would only return there if I have to. The rooms are nothing more than you can expect. The mini-bar contains a beer, a coke and a water and that's it, but it's free of charge...The problem with this hotel is that it is boring." |
