| "Frontdesk staff was very friendly and professional. Our apartment was overlooking the river, skyline and the bridge. It was very tidy, fully equipped and featured a nice and sunny balcony.
The hotel is the perfect spot to start tours of Brisbane, however it's not that easy to find on first arrival (bring your map - these one-way streets are nasty!)
The hotel is located in a quite cul-de-sac street. There is some traffic noise from the nearby bridge, but not exceeding what you would expect from a down-town place.

| "A great hotel with a great staff. Only negative was, for my wife with her bad knees, the walk up the hill, but even that wasn't so bad once we got in our roon." |

| " Overall good location, except for that pretty steep hill over the last 50 metres approaching the hotel. Nice, clean room, with balcony, and you can go for the riverview room. Not too large swimming pool, also tennis court available. Friendly staff. Overall a pleasant experience. " |

| "Very pleasantly surprised, lovely view from the balcony, lovely setting, excellent service in restaurant and concierge. Only possible complaint is noise when sitting on the balcony too close to bridge when patio doors open. Would definitely stay again." |

| "The room we were in was quite small for the 5 of us (a family). There were enough beds but not enough space to move around. You will have to pay for Foxtel, pay for cloth washing powder. They usually come with the stay.
Overall the amenities were great. We will stay there again but we will have to make sure we get a bigger room . The city centre was close by and we walked there. China Town, Riverside Market were also nearby. Good location. View from the hotel was great. Staff at reception were very helpful." |

| "Spotless, fantastic views over Brisbane and the Story bridge. Only one down side and that was the air con........But was fixed next morning and we recieved a bottle of wine and a card to say how sorry they were that we were put out!
Not good for older people as very steep climb to Apartment block.
Five min walk to China town and loads of eating places.
Loved it." |
