| "My family and I stay here during the Christmas 2006. I am so impressed by the cheerful and helpful attitude of Ian, one of the staff. My family plan to go to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary but we are not sure the driving road to there. Ian is really nice that he copied the relevent map and highlighted the easiest way to there. The other day that we need to go to the airport, he actively quoted the costs of going there by taxi or by airport coach which really help us to save money. I have to thank again towards his high quality service. For the room size, it is clean, quite spacious and comfortable." |

| "This motel is in desperate need of a make over. It is looking run down, grubby and tired. Heavy traffic makes sitting on the balcony non-feasible, and it is noisy! However, if you enjoy a slightly sleazy seventies ambience, you may find it appealing.
On the plus side, the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the location is excellent; an easy walk to the city centre." |

| "We were very happy with the hotel and the location to the city. We were in Brisbane for a wedding and we were able to walk to the venue. The carparking appears to be small but we did not have any trouble with getting a park at anytime day or night." |

| "Arrive late, but still welcomed by nice staffs. Rooms are not large, but quite cozy. Restaurant is good with a wonderful food.
