Would I stay at this location
again:

Absolutely!
My wife and I were on a trip to Australia and had planned on lots of walking. We averaged about 15 kilometers of walking a day from the hotel. It is located very close to the Elizabeth street mall and has easy access to the train station. The staff was accommodating and found some extra pillows for my wife because the bed was pretty firm. The hotel has an elevator (lift), but the stairs are easy to find and go up and down. We had a great time in Brisbane and the hotel helped us enjoy our time.

"My family and I stay here during the Christmas 2006. I am so impressed by the cheerful and helpful attitude of Ian, one of the staff. My family plan to go to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary but we are not sure the driving road to there. Ian is really nice that he copied the relevent map and highlighted the easiest way to there. The other day that we need to go to the airport, he actively quoted the costs of going there by taxi or by airport coach which really help us to save money. I have to thank again towards his high quality service. For the room size, it is clean, quite spacious and comfortable."

"This motel is in desperate need of a make over. It is looking run down, grubby and tired. Heavy traffic makes sitting on the balcony non-feasible, and it is noisy! However, if you enjoy a slightly sleazy seventies ambience, you may find it appealing. On the plus side, the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the location is excellent; an easy walk to the city centre."
