the room was fantastic. I would have liked more than two towels allocated to my wife and I, but the staff were very helpful, providing more towels immediately when requested. The bed was excellent, with a very good mattress and lovely crisp sheets. The view was disappointing, looking out onto other buildings, but as we slept most of the time it didn't really matter. I would recommend the Novotel to my friends immediately. The staff were also helpful recommending restaurants locally. A wonderful break to a very long trip from London to Adelaide.

| "The hotel reception staff were polite. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was not heated during our stay. I would recommend the hotel." |

| "The room is big and spacious. As for location, it is near to the shopping area, about 7-10 min walk. The only thing that I dun like about the location is to walk up a slope! However, the comfortable room does make up to it." |

| "Nice clean room. There is a building being constructed by the side of the hotel but no work was going on when I stayed during the Xmas period, so it didn't disturb me. Location quite convenient for walking into the main shopping area. Nice lobby area. Small and rather cold swimming pool! Small well maintained gym." |

| "The rooms were light and comfortable, verging on luxurious. The TV was a very small LCD screen and not big enough to watch from bed. There was a shortage of electric outlets for my computer but managed to work it out even though I had to go to the front desk for extension cords.
Our $25 buffet breakfast seemed exorbinant until they told us that kids under 12 were free which made it a good deal.
I would recommend it for business people who are ready to work a little extra to get it prepared to do work over the internet in their room, and pay $27 per day for that privilege." |
