| "I conducted a s2-day seminar in the Hotel and will recommend to the seminar organisers that they do not use Oaks North Quay again. Here are the reasons -
1. After booking in I was assigned to Room 115 and told it was on Level 15 !
2. At the end of Day 1 of the seminar, I returned to Room 115 to find that the "key" (card) failed to open the door; I had to go down to Reception to have the "key" re-activated. This inconvenience was repeated at the end of Day 2;
3. The Hotel has no Restaurant where evening meals can be obtained and is not handy to satisfactory eating places in the evening (after 7 pm) - only Mac Donald's, KFC and a Pizza shop at the Transport Centre.
4. I was told (Reception) that breakfast was available from 6.30 am. On the morning of my departure, I went to have breakfast at 6.30 am, only to find that opening time was 7.00 am.

| "Two couples made reservations at the same time 6 weeks ahead of time. We received two single beds in a small room and the other couple received a suite with queen size bed and a kitchenette. We had a small refrig. but the ice trays had no water in them and when we called the desk they said we had to go down the street to the 7/11 to get ice. They had a bar and restaurant attached." |
