"all good "

"I stayed over Christmas where it is not uncommon for venues to be short staffed or staffed with casuals. My sister and I ate in the restaurant on Christmas Eve and had lunch there with the family on Christmas Day. The staff were all generally young and unfailingly pleasant and polite. Both meals were excellent. The views from the apartments are spectacular at night. It's not budget accomodation but you certainly get what you pay for."

"Great Hotel - Keep up the marvellous standards"

"The room was a good size with a huge balcony overlooking the botanical gardens. We also found the laundry services in our room really helpful. The bathroom was a bit dated however the shower was excellent. We didnt eat in the hotel as there were a lot of restaurants nearby. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. I would definately recommend this hotel."

"I loved staying at the Quay West. It was the best stay i have had. I got photos of the Australian Cricket team while I stayed there with my family. The View was terrific, the service was great and I really enjoyed myself while there. Thank-you very much Quay West I had a great stay."

"The Quay West Hotel had our resevation when we arrived, and the counter staff were most helpful in getting us on the right tour, and seeing the most for the short time we were in Brisbane. The rooms were fine. "

"What a GREAT hotel. My family of 4 stayed in a two bedroom suite on the 16th floor. The suite was very large with exquisite views over the Brisbane river and parklands. The hotel had just been through a refub and the suite was very modern looking. The staff are very friendly and offer first class service. This was by far the BEST hotel we stayed at during our trip to Australia."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The location was excellent, right across the street from the incredible Botanical Garden with easy public transportation, the staff was top notch, the views of the river and Botanical Garden were lovely, great spa and pool, room service and cuisine excellent, and what a joy it was to have all that room: a large bedroom with great closet space, large living-dining room, two balconies, kitchenette, and perhaps best of all, a washer and dryer for travelers sick of laundromats or high hotel laundry bills. Highly recommended."
