At least they need to fix the inside appearance of the two lifts

| "Hello LAdies and gentlemen, the onlything I really need to recommend to management is to chase the coffeshop people to be more business orientated and friendly:
at 1015 I wanted a cappucino and a croissant. Sorry breakfast is closed. I pointed at the remaining croissant on the buffet... sorry they are for tomorrow!!!
So I went to the neighbor coffeshop with excellent cappucino and croissant..." |

| "WE STAYED AT THE MARQUE FOR 3 NIGHTS. ROOMS WERE VERY COMPACT AND A LITTEL TIERD DECORE WISE. STAFF WERE FRENDLY. BUT WE DID NOT ENJOY SOME ONE ELSES WAKEUP CALL AT 5.30 IN THE MORNING, OR THE FACT THAT WHEN WE ORDERD A WAKE UP CALL, THAT WE DID NOT RECEIVE IT." |

| "The service was EXCELLENT here. They would do anything to help you and we even had our room upgraded to a superior suite. We were exstatic with our stay at the Marque in Brisbane. For the price we paid it was fantastic value for money as well." |
