"My wife and I stayed at these apartments in May 2009 for the whole 8 days we were in Cairns.We found them clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly.The rooms are cleaned every day and towels exchanged.They do a complete room service every 7th day.The apartments are about 5 minutes by car from town and a 5 minutes walk to the beach.Lets face it,these are budget priced apartments,why pay a high price for accommadation just to go to sleep,we found plenty to do in Cairns(we are in our late 50's).Alot of people I spoke to have stayed in these apartments at some time,give them a go even if its only once."

"My husband and I actually stayed in two different rooms because we did a scuba trip for a few days. We stayed for two nights in the Hibisicus Suite which we absolutely loved!!!!! It was the perfect size with a nice balcony into a court yard with beautiful plants, and the kitchenette was perfect. It saved us a lot of money by being able to make our own meals. We then left and returned to the Coral Cay suite. Still a really nice room, but we preferred the open concept of the Hibiscus suite better. Thanks to the Queenslander for very clean and simple accomodations. We would absolutely recommend you to friends and family!!!"

"Apartment was really spacious(HIBISCUS SUITE)Staff very helpful and friendly. Only problem was the suite was near the dryer and washing machine and guest used the them after 9 p.m.so it was noisy.Otherwise would recommend this apartment."

"we enjoyed our stay. plenty to do and see in cairns. nothing in the world compares with the great barrier reef. the accomodation was clean, the servise great and the staff very friendly and helpfull. my only disappointment was that when i booked i was given the impression there was a pool and a spa. however the pool was rather small and the spa non existant."

No way!

Comments:

On arrival there was no formal greeting/welcome/hello, not convinced we got the room we asked for we were not located near our friends as requested. The rooms genuinely felt shabby, dated and unwelcoming, however, the rooms were clean and the breakfast area was a nice environment warm and friendly.
