Great service with complimentary shuttle service to town.Only complaint our room has no aircon which we were not informed,the room we stayed also had a weird smell.

| "Good value for the money, close to the airport. Bad service on night of arrival, the guy at the front desk didn't know anything about the hotel. I arrived late, maybe he was just filling in for someone else." |

| "the hostel is located way out of town; in the worst area in Cairns, you are not allowed to walk outside the hotel at night, the most unsafe park is located right around the corner" |

| "It is an ok place to stay. A bit far from the city centre. Taxi costs 15 dollars but the beach house has a shuttle service to the centre at every hour. IGA food store is closed to this place. It is a place for the backpackers for sure." |
