| "I found the staff to be very friendly & eager to help. Going up & down stairs to my room wasn't that good as I suffer from a dicky knee, a lift would've been a lot better in my case. It didn't state in their Promo. that there wasn't a lift." |

| "We stayed Coral Tree Inn for 13 nights. One bed room on the third floor looking down the pool. So the view was good, but no elevator was sometimes inconvenient for a large baggage and baby carrier. The location is not so bad, as the Muddy's playground is not far away and also the central city area and Cairns Central(Shopping center) is walking distance. However, compared to the hotel we stayed last time, which is located in the most convenient place, I felt a little far away. I expected full kitchen facilites, but it was a kitchinette. You can use hotel kichen on the first floor though, but we didn't even want to use it. House keeping people work well!! Quiet area, there is a park in front of the hotel. Not so expensive, not so bad location, not so bad room, however not so attractive. " |

| "Great location able to walk to most attractions.24 hr Medical centre near by with chemist reassuring when in a strange place.
Our room very well equipped cooking facilities excellent however we were unaware it was 3rd floor and no lift, bit hard accessing with heavy suitcases.
Our second stay on ground level was much more convenient." |

| "The hotel service was really nothing out of the ordinary. I was disappointed with a few clerks on duty at the front desk. They were not very helpful when I had a service issue that I had wanted resolved. This place is good for families as there is a kitchen to cook and prepare food. The location is central and is easily accesible by walking. Good value. I wish the service was better, though." |

| "The hotel decoration was quite utilitarian but the room was large (with double and bunk beds) and perfectly clean. Staff were helpful with tour bookings and recommendations. There was a guest laundry room which was very useful.
It appeared that each room had a small balcony with table and chairs overlooking either the street or hotel courtyard where the swimming pool or barbeque area. It was winter when I stayed so I didn't use the swimming pool.
The hotel is situated just 5 minutes walk from the esplanade and close to the main shops/restaurants on the seafront.

| "Staff were incredibly helpful in advising us on tours and making arrangements.
Very nice, quiet operation; only about 20 rooms available. Excellent pool and patio area.
Ants were a problem in the room but sprays were made available.
Lack of an elevator maybe a problem for older customers.
Main desk is only open until 9:30 PM, somewhat of a problem." |

| "Stayed for one night after a long dive trip. Very basic room with painted cinder-block walls, window-unit AC, hard floors and small balcony. No frills, but clean and neat. Standard continental breakfast for $9. Cab ride to airport is $14. Reservation through AsiaRooms went smoothly." |
