My husband and I had a great stay here, the only thing that I thought that it let its self down is the reception staff were not friendly, otherwise a great place. Kind Regards Pauline Clarke

| "The room was adequate and clean. However, having stayed at other 4-5 star resorts in Australia the furnishings appeared old and dated. The one thing that truly lifts this hotel out and above others is the service. The staff though young bent over backwards to assist a lone female traveler from fixing a broken scuba fin to dinner reservations. I would stay here again for no other reason than I felt pampered and catered to not only without an attitude but with cheerful enthusiasm" |
