| "This hotel was in no way a four star hotel. It seemed more of a backpacker or budget hotel/motel. The staff in general were friendly, except for Mel, the night receptionist who was extremely rude. However, in spite of friendliness they were slow to get things done.
The restaurant seemed to open on it's own timetable, so after the first day we gave up.
The rooms were quite large but not very clean. There were some stains on the carpets and in the bathroom.
The only facility they have are 2 swimming pools. No gym
Location wise they are quite far from the city, an average of 10-15 dollar taxi ride. The shuttle times are not frequent.

| "We were happy with the room and the overall accomodation. However the concern area was one of the staff members of Housekeeping. One our first day at cairn..Natalia wanted to clean the room at about 9.15 in the morning though the DO Not Disturb sign was on. She claimed that her boss wants to hurry up and she will be available for only till 12 o'clock. I requested that she come a bit later as we had checked in late in the night to which her answer was that she has 3 big rooms to clean of "messy indians with food all around and how badly kept they are esply Indians" I mentioned i too was an Indian and she continued that she did not mean anything. ...
I have bought this to your notice as you have asked for the feedback.
Other staff members at the reception and the restaurant wre all pleasant.

| "Very good value. The rooms are large; all have balconies facing the pool. Two large swimming pools -- including a large one for Lap swim.
Friendly staff; very helpful. Easy transportation into city, Airport with complimentary shuttles." |
