| "Overall not too far from the main town activities. A friendly ambience and service. My only problem was that the room had been badly serviced- dirty towels were left in the bathroom with of course no clean towels and soap provided." |

| "I only stayed one night, on my way to a live-aboard trip, and chose a bedroom with shared toilet (1 for each gender) and shower (1 also) on the same floor: can't really give an opinion on the facilities or service but on the whole, very clean." |

| "Queens Court Hotel is a perfect choice for anyone staying in Cairns exploring the local highlights such as Kuranda, the Great Barrier Reef and Palm Cove Beach.
The hotel is spotless, exceptionally well run, and Lee and her team at the desk have a wealth of knowledge of the area making it easy to organise whatever activity you're interested in.
Thanks folks for a very enjoyable stay.

| "Good value-for-money solution.
Good complimentary breakfast, pool, room facilities.
Good complimentary airport-shuttle.
The location could be better, but is just 20minutes walking from center and the road is an important city-artery." |

| "We were upgraded to a studio which was of a very good standard. However, the interconnecting door allowed noise from the neighbouring room which was disturbing and our room was next to a busy main road which was very noisy." |

| "A great location. Rooms pleasant and very clean. Office staff a little wanting. I complained about the air-conditioning not working and was told someone would be up to fix the problem. No one turned up. The office staff were not friendly and one receptionist really talked down to me when I asked questions. All other staff were great especially the kitchen staff. " |

| "I was in shared facilities where there is one shared shower and toilet each for men and women, totally inadequate. They were only cleaned once per day so could be in a state for hours and hours depending on the actions of other people staying there.
Breakfast finished at 8.30am sharp but it was not worth getting up for anyway.
Reception closed at 8pm when all the staff disappeared so guests are left to fend for themselves until 6.30am.
Overall I would advise you to avoid this place unless you want to re-live your days in the army barracks. " |
