VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. WOULD BE PERFECT WITH A CAR AS A BASE FOR TRAVELLING AROUND THE AREA. PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN CAIRNS IS NOT THE MOST FREQUENT. WE WALKED MOST PLACES BUT THAT MAY NOT SUIT ALL. CLOSE TO SUPERMARKET, BANK. SELF CATERING - ONLY VENDING MACHINE FOR SOFT DRINKS / CHOLOLATE / CRISPS.

| "We only stayed here for 1 night, but wanted to stay longer. The hotel was clean, very friendly and close to the centre. It was near the sea front. I will stay here on my next visit. The pool was excellent." |

| "Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as our first stopping point on a 4 week break runnig down the East coast of Australia. The hotel staff could not do enough to make you feel more welcome. Excellent for all age groups and very helpful with excursions. Very clean. Would definately stay here again - top marks to the staff running this hotel. Thanks for starting our holiday off with a good start." |

| "Fantastic place to stay. We found the staff so helpful. We felt completely at home. We even got butter for breakfast from the owners kitchen when we said we didn't like margarine on our toast. Nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend Reef Palms to anybody who was looking for somewhere to stay in Cairns." |
