In general, this motel is not bad.You have to walk to the city center about 30 mins. But it is comfortable and relaxed. Most of the staff is kind and helpful. I apprecipate the size of the double room is big enough for four people. You can cook in the room as there are some cooking facilities and a supermarket is nearby.

| "Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as our first stopping point on a 4 week break runnig down the East coast of Australia. The hotel staff could not do enough to make you feel more welcome. Excellent for all age groups and very helpful with excursions. Very clean. Would definately stay here again - top marks to the staff running this hotel. Thanks for starting our holiday off with a good start." |

| "Fantastic place to stay. We found the staff so helpful. We felt completely at home. We even got butter for breakfast from the owners kitchen when we said we didn't like margarine on our toast. Nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend Reef Palms to anybody who was looking for somewhere to stay in Cairns." |
