We stayed there 1 night in September 2007.
The place looks great but the service is not very friendly. We arrived early (which was notified to them) and although we could obviously see some empty rooms, did not get access till noon. Furthermore, the place is FAR from Cairns Centre.....minimum walk 30 minutes.

| "Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as our first stopping point on a 4 week break runnig down the East coast of Australia. The hotel staff could not do enough to make you feel more welcome. Excellent for all age groups and very helpful with excursions. Very clean. Would definately stay here again - top marks to the staff running this hotel. Thanks for starting our holiday off with a good start." |

| "Fantastic place to stay. We found the staff so helpful. We felt completely at home. We even got butter for breakfast from the owners kitchen when we said we didn't like margarine on our toast. Nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend Reef Palms to anybody who was looking for somewhere to stay in Cairns." |
