| "We appreciated the access we were given to the Ambassador Room which allowed us to have pre-dinner drinks and breakfast at no extra charge. It was unexpected and a pleasant surprise.

| "My husband and I have just celebrated our silver wedding anniversary at the Hyatt and were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite. We could not fault the service and the room and would like to thank the Hyatt for a wonderful weekend." |

| "We were put in a room in the old wing (probably due to the cheap rate). It was still a good size and well appointed. This is a stylish old hotel, more gracious than a modern high rise. The gardens are outstanding, as is the location near the lake. We always regard the Canberra Hyatt as a special experience." |

| "excellent hotel, service is definately a HYATT, but the Food & Beverage outlets are unacceptable. Their Tea Lounge, has not allocation for in-house guests. "Need to reserve 4-6 months to dine in???" Their signature restaurant AXIS is not within the hotel but at the National Museum of Australia. It is so unreal. Other than that, the hotel was brilliant." |
