| "This is a well appointed and located hotel. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and well laid out. Unfortunately the bed was so bad we both had bad backs for several days and the hot water ran out on the second morning and did not return before we had to leave. Ideal for self catering and close to the city.We did not use the restaurant but the room service meal was of a good standard." |

| "Friendly staff
Large space with separate kitchen, dining, living, and bedroom. Bathroom is also fairly large with washer and dryer. Interior decor needs to be updated, specially the carpet.
Nearby shopping mall (about two blocks) and short driving distance to major attractions.
Parking fee was included with hotel room price, but cost $27.50 Australian dollars/day for internet access.
Would rate this as 3-star hotel." |

| "On arrival the hotel gave us a room on the 3rd floor, however, on advising them that it was our 60th birthdays, they gave us a room on the 9th floor which was superb. The staff overall were very friendly and helpful and were always ready to assist us. The room service menu was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

| "Very comfortable, quiet, well equipped, clean rooms. Convenient location for walking to town center and a variety of restaurants and shops. Well situated for easy access to public transportation to most tourist attractions. Congenial, helpful front-desk staff. The restaurant is okay but we ate elsewhere most of the time. The pool is small and downstairs in a dark basement. Overall, excellent hotel value." |

| "The room was a great size and had a window you could open which I find very important. Also the room was very clean and the personal at reception very friendly.
The airconditioning unfortunately did not do anything to cool down the room and left a very humid result. When opening the window it was extremely noisy from the downstairs bars.
No carparking was available in the underground carpark, which for check-in and check-out is not very convenient especially given the limited space out the front and no rear access to the hotel.
Generally a nice place but given the noise level not suitable for me.
