Would I stay at this location
again:

Absolutely!
We stayed at Novotel Canberra on way to ski trip to Perisher Blue. The hotel's location is perfect as we were taking shuttle bus from Jolimont center which is just next door. The room we had two double beds which was great for family. A week later we stayed at Novotel Canberra again on the way back from Perisher Blue, this time we stayed at Junior Suits which had seperate living room with sofa bed. It was $40 extra and worth it, great for family with children.

"Thanks for you help in booking the room. However, I was told that the room would be ready after 11 a.m. on the first day. When I arrived, at approximately 10:30 a.m., I was told I'd have to wait until 2:00 p.m. before I could enter the room. Otherwise, everything else was well worth it. Kind Regards, Gareth Lewis. "

"I would like you to change towels every night. One day you did not change towels and another day you gave us only one towel for tow people. I really appreciate for your consideration. Thank you."

"I stayed there for two nights with two friends in November 2005. Great location, very clean room and friendly staff. We were given a twin double-bed room with an extra bed, which was a folded bed with a very soft mattress. That's the only blemish for our stay. Everything else fully meets expectations for a four-star hotel. "
