| "This hotel is the worst I have stayed in. The service was almost non-existent and the general appearance is shabby and in dire need of a facelift.
On our first night we went to the apparently, first class, rooftop restaurant for dinner - after an hour of having just received drinks and bread we left and the restaurant was almost empty! We received no response to any of our complaints." |

| "Mostly positive experience about our stay. The air conditioning did not work on one of the rooms, and at the time I contacted the service Desk, they were unable to assist as the workmen has finished. They suggested we sleep with the balcony door open - not acceptable. Also, the bathrooms were of a very old design, not in keeping with the rest of the hotel." |

| "1) Presentation of rooms and bathroom was very inferior. The bedding was torn, there was mould around the bath and the toilet leaked. Generally, very tatty.
2) No pool/recreation facilities.
3) Restraunt very uninviting. Food was cold.
4) Disturbed by a group of teenagers until 4am on the first night. Person on duty came up to the room to ask them to be quiet and engaged in a friendly conversation with the girls rather than disciplining their action.
5) The manager (Brett?) was very apologetic, however he asked me what i wanted him to do about the situation rather than offering a solution.
6) I confirmed the booking on Thursday the 12th and was told that we could check in early. There was no mention of a early check-in fee of $40 per couple unil arrival on the 13th.
7) Overall, a very dissapointing experience as this hotel was reccomended by a friend and the fact that I had overseas visitors with me pead to a rather embarrasing weekend." |
