average facilities,amenities and service in a lovely environment.
Would have been market leader in its day,but it hasnt kept up with what the market now provides.
It is trading on its position in the rainforest,without providing the expected high standard of quality back-up. .
Standards are quite low and facilities are not well maintained.Few obvious contradiction in "mission statement",namely gas patio heaters,hose-ing foot paths down regularly etc.
Staff friendly enough,though not well trained or knowledgeable about their product.
Seemed all a bit unprofessional and ordinary.
Bathrooms,sparse and bare very ordinary.
Pool very cold,unswimable,should be heated and available 12months of the year.
However the spa was exceptional.I believe that is the reason they get the reviews that they get,as the accommodation is average.
