| "Well situated hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Most rooms face the sea and we had an excellent view of the sun setting. The laundry facilities were extremely useful. The two best features were the pool, which had plenty of shade and a wonderful spa, and the delicious breakfasts. " |

| "I've just checked out of the Crowne Plaza hotel and moved to another one in town. The service my partner and I received was very poor and not in line with other Crowne Plaza properties. Likewise, the cleanliness and general maintenance was not up to scratch.
We are visiting Australia from England and Singapore and our travel agent recommended this hotel. I wish we'd found this website before booking - would have saved us a lot of wasted time!" |

| "Not what I expected from a Crowne Plaza. Listed as 5 star, this hotel is barely a 3. Poorly maintained and in need of a good clean in most areas. Good location (middle of city), however considering the price there was better value to be found at other hotels." |
