| "This was not the four and a half star I was expecting in that the furnishings were very ordinary and there were no little extra things like a hairdryer for example.
The location is great - right on Cullen Bay and our balcony overlooked the bay.
However we had to turn off all of the air conditioning to sit on the balcony otherwise we have had full blast from the air conditioning unit exhaust fans (which were on the balcony).
If you visit Cullen Bay make sure you drop in to the book shop...it has a great range of books, postcards etc.
We had a fantastic seafood meal at Le Beach across the road - book a table at the right time to watch the sun set across the water." |

| "The hotel was a little run down which was surprising since it is relatively new. the standard of presentation was less than we expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cullen Bay is pretty but there is not much there except restaurants. Otherwise you have to travel into Darwin proper." |
