| "We arrived at the hotel at 3 AM and found staff very polite and pleasant.
On our last day in Darwin, after having to checkout from other accommodation in Cullen Bay at 10 AM and facing a flight home at midnight, we were allowed to use the hotel's pool area and shower facilities on the strength of having been their guests for 3 days during the previous week. We found this service excellent. Staff friendly and helpful.
The hotel's location, a street away from the hustle and bustle of Mitchell St was also a plus for us." |

| "The hotel is nice and clean. The room is great, specially the bathroom.
The staff is very friendly, and made our stay a pleasure.
They even let us use the pool and take a shower three days after we stayed with them, when we came back from Kakadu safari!. We just had to ask on check-in. They made our lives a lot easier (...and a lot cleaner!) after three days of heat and dust.
By the way, Darwin is not worth an extra day to visit when going to Kakadu-Litchfeld safari. Give it a miss if you're short of time/money. Safaris are great if you dont mind army-like accomodation and food, but sights make it worth.

| "The only complaint I have is that I would like to see a better equipped fitness center. Too many people not enough equipment. More running machines and gym equipment (free weights).
Everything else was great." |

| "Building still under construction with workers around.
All services ,but reception ,outsourced.
Made some comments at front desk about the inadequacy of bathroom cleaning the answer was :it is not our responsibility ,because is is provided by an external service.
No help with luggage.
Generally all the hotel personnel (at least front desk) ,not properly trained and sometimes rude.
Room was satisfactory ,also being the hotel quite new ......may be too new.

| "The stay was enjoyable and the people very helpful.
The Hotel was still having the finishing touches made as it had only been open for a short time - but yet the facilities were complete enough to not hinder my stay.
Thank you and if I can get a good rate I will always stay there!!!" |
