| "The setting is extremely relaxing. However, they are situated behind a beer garden that has loud music til 10pm and the beer garden doesn't alays finish at 10pm. So, the rooms closer to the beer garden have some noise problems. " |

| " Expected a bit more on basis of the webpage, especially with regard to room size and privacy (see-through glass doors and back-to-back balconies kind of ruin the whole idea, unless one keeps the curtains fully closed). Clean room though and great bathroom. One moderate sized swimming pool, certainly can`t accomodate crowds. Great breakfast. Nice little balcony for sitting out, but anyone can walk by from the complex. " |

| "The location, cleanliness and gardens were beautiful.
We stayed in a duplex villa - the balcony and BBQ were a wonderful touch. The only thing I would have like to have been added to the bathroom was a hairdryer. I did assume one would be at the property and there was not." |

| "We stayed in the bungalo accommodation. Different style of accommodation, very open, airy , tropical feel with green ferns around all bugalos. Single room with a bed is small but nice little varanda ouside with good BBQ adds to space inkeeping with Darwin's outside life style. I loved it. But may be too small for some. Could be potentially noisy with the wrong neighbour and a bit public for some. Excellent value for money good location. Thoroughly recommend it for a couple looking for something different. Great pool, very clean." |

| "We flew in on a late night flight and were looking forward to a comfortable bed to sleep in. Certainly chose the wrong place for that - bed was like a board. TV remote control did not work. The bathroom facilities extremely poor. Considering cost A$133 / night we were very disappointed. Even a request for a small jug of milk was denied at check-in. Our verandah area consisted of small area of concrete outside the rear & airconditioning unit of small villa. The villa accommodation looked OK, probably better value. Gardens and pool area were pretty, position on The Esplanade was great.
Would certainly prefer to pay a few extra $$ next time and stay in good hotel!

| "The staff in the hotel were very friendly and attentive during our stay in Jun 06. Although the villa that we stayed was a little small, the balcony was absolutely useful and spacious and we can use the electric barbaque facility in it. The location is ideally centralise and we enjoyed the stroll in the park opposite the hotel. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoy the oasis in the city." |
