| "The bed is too soft not suitable for us. Not comfortable.
The lady is not nice in the reception. Not helpful to us.
The room is not good. It is because we have to open the main door and then open our room with the same key. We do not know next room guest can use their key to open our room.
Overall, not good, I will not recommend to others even the price is a little bit cheap." |

| "I booked the Queen Dulux room. You know whats in a Queen dulux room? A Queen size bed and a bathroom. Try naming your rooms a little better!!!!!!! The pool was great I love the restraunt but would go down the street for all you could eat breakfast for 12.90 in staed of the rubbish searved here. Hope fully this is not classed as hearsay.

| "The room we stayed in was pretty good size and its self contained, it has all the amenities such as microwave/dishwasher,electric stove. The only thing I didnt like is just the room and bathroom feels a bit old, its location was further than the other hotels from the city centre but is not an issue if you have your own transportation. In the future would stay in other hotel just for comparison because I have never stayed in other hotels in Gold Coast, this hotel still represent good value." |

- very hot outdoor spa!
- big tour groups
- restaurant was booked out and nasty loud karaoke going on
- no relaxing bar to hang out at poolside
- difficult, smelly carpark
- large, lovely balcony
- well equipped room" |

| "I ENJOYED THE STAY AT YOUR HOTEL VERY MUCH. THE POOL ATMOSPHERE WAS BEAUTIFUL, THE RESTAURANT FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND THE ROOM WAS NEAT, TIDY AND CONTAINED EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED TO GIVE US A HASSLE FREE HOLIDAY. THANKYOU AND I HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN IN THE FUTURE" |
