I could not fault the cleanliness of the room or the hotel, the room was fabulous,ten out ten to the cleaners.The hotel is in the central area of surfers, which we found ideal, for everthing.
The concierge deserve ten out of ten as well, they were more than help full about everything.
I did feel that the pool toilet was in need of a clean about miday,after the general traffic through the area, but other wise a nice pool area. The in room breakfast service was one of the best i have had, but feel the sea ood buffet was rather poor.
One area that we found fault was with the reception. Our booking had been lost on arrival, and the reception girl had to photocopy our reciepts, but was very rude and rather loud about the problem We asked the next day, and they told us everthing was fine.
On leaving we were presented with a large bill, the error had not been checked up and the photo copies had been lost, and the reception lady was rude and loud yet again, even after our explanation.The manager then came,and then followed me, and stood over my shoulder while i checked through my suitcase for our copy yet again. The reception was packed!! it was humiliating. My husband and i were made to feel that it was our fault, this realy put a downer on what was a fabulous time in this lovely part of Australia.

| "Location is 100% perfect ~~so near the centre of Surfers Paradise. The room & service is good. Just one point~
I booked a family room 4(people). I didn't expect that the hotel gave us 2 twin bed with 2 "Addition" bed (bed that can fold and move to other place). I paid for 4 people and just get 2 uncomfortable bed. ~a little bit disappoint
But, overall, this hotel is ok. " |

| "The family room have 2 queen size bed with one sofa bed....but only 1 TV in the room....very clean and the room is big....
Location is the best in the center of suffers paradize...very easy to move around and near to the happening area yet not noisy at night...
Defenitely will recommend to others....happy staying..." |

Except for the noise starting early in the morning, we had no problems. The location is excellent with the beach, shopping, restaurants and nightlife right at our doorstep. " |

| "We were really surprise to get such a big room when we booked in for a standard size room. We ended up having a two double beds and a double sofabed room. The location was just fantastic and convenient and it's definitely good for family. Service were great too! The only thing that we think can be improve is the cleanliness of the pool and also the lifts..it takes ages to go up or down especially when we stay all the way up. There seem to be something wrong with it.. as everyone in the lift was trying to get down but it ended up going up and never go down.. so we had to get out of the lift and get in again." |
