| "We were very impressed by the GCI. As per request, we were fortunate enough to get a very large room on the top floor with an amazing view. The beds were extremely comfortable and we liked the small touches, like the chocolates on the beds. We had desserts and coffees at one of the restaurants at night and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The only only let down during our stay was having a staff member come into our hotel room on our last day prior to checkout to replace a drink from the mini-bar. She hadn't apologised for the intrusion, or asked if it was OK to do so. On advising that we hadn't bought anything from the mini-bar, she advised us that we should always make sure we count what's in there on arrival because 'the hotel's terrible and will charge you for it!!'. Also found that the buffet breakfast was average for such a nice hotel. The food was not hot and the selection wasn't as extensive as most hotels in the same star-rating." |

| "it was the perfect setting, location wise, close to everything, the view was breathtaking, the room was very comfortable, the service was excellent, the cleaners, the doormen very helpful, polite, even the taxi guys were very friendly, and helpful.
It was the perfect hotel, I would defenitely recommend it to anyone. Even the food especially breakfast, I wish I had had breakfast every day I was there." |

| "I was happy that I stayed in the high level as per request. Pictures of the rooms were the renovated ones, but I don't think mine was. " |

| "On arrival at GCI, I found the staff helpful and accomodating. (They didn't give me a free upgrade though!) Obviously I expect too much.
This Hotel sported newly renovated rooms decorated with a comfortable modern theme and delightful wall hangings. The rooms were nice and clean and the bathroom had an assortment of shampoos, conditioners and etc which was a nice touch. The facilities available included a sauna which was fabulous! And a lovely clean pool and outside spa which was actually relatively large and could hold quite a number of people which was great!
The hotel itself had a number of restaurants and even a grand piano in the lobby. Good times were experienced in this hotel and I definitely would return. " |

| "there was simply nothing wrong with this hotel. we paid for an ocean view which was well worth it. the only negative i can think of is the pool is a bit small with not many sun loungers so you have to get down there early to get a bed, but the sea is just across the road anyway. booking with asiarooms worked out £150 cheaper than other websites and would definately use them again. hotel is a 5 minute walk to town. very impressed overall !!!" |

| "My partner and I both really enjoyed our stay at the gold coast hotel. The room was superb, with great views and a great sized room. The room was cleaned every day, without having to ask, and there was a chocolate sweet left on the bed every day which i thought was a lovely touch. The location is great not right in the centre but only a three minute walk. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to all." |
