| "Our stay at the Holiday Inn Surfers Paradise was very enjoyable. It is in a great position and has everything you will need for business and pleasure. The room was more than comfortable and the pool area is huge.The resturant and bar was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Good One Holiday Inn" |

| "We would recommend this hotel for its excellent service,buffet breakfast& dinner.The service is truely above average.Only let down was the absence of a sauna & the pool area could do with a bit of a face lift." |

| "My friend and I were very happy and satisfied with the location of this Hotel, it is just a few mins walk to the Sufers Paradise Beach. The design of the room is modern and it is spacious and clean. Although our room is not a "sea view" room but we still managed to see the beautiful sea...." |

| "I have used this hotel before and loved it. Great location and excellent service. With the new renovations it is fantastic and the beds are the best!!! The pool area is beautiful and with having 3 to choose from is wonderful. Totally recommend and will be back. The view from our room was a dream." |

| "Of the 4 hotels I stay in Gold Coast last week, this hotel's definitely the best (don't ask me to name the rest of the hotels but all are rated 4.5 stars & above).
The room's nice and cosy with a wide screen lcd tv, staff service is excellent, interconnected with Piazza, the location's great.
Will definitely stay in this hotel if I visit Gold Coast again. " |

| "2006 renovated and it shows. Rooms nicely furnished, balcony in every(?) room. Only dial-up internet in (standard) rooms.
Great location, AVIS car rental agency 100meters. Beach 100meters. Adjoining shopping center with free (?) parking.
The pool area shows it's age but still very OK. Maybe they will renew it also after the hotel." |

| "Great location as it is walking distance to Surfers Paradise malls, beach etc. As the water pipe burst and affected the lifts, it was very inconvenient. Each time we wanted to go up and down from our room, we had to contact the concierge. The first few times we had to call them repeatedly and nobody attended to us. Thank god we were staying on level 5, so we decided to take the stairs. Due to the inconvenience, we did not even use the hotel facilities. Staff were not very helpful and just chucked our luggages at the hotel entrance upon our departure instead of helping us to load into our car. The hotel management should consider compensating the guests as we were not told of this problem upon booking." |
