We were given an apartment which was not cleaned yet. It was quite an unpleasant surprise to walk into a messy apartment. However, the receptionist was apologetic and provided us with another 1- bedroom apartment which has been cleaned and freshened up, almost immediately when we rang downstairs. The apartment is fairly new and well-equiped. Have to pay for pool towel hire. Gym is small. Good location at Broadbeach - close to restaurants. Near a shopping centre called Oasis which provides free wireless internet access if you have your own laptop.
