| "this hotel did not meet our minimum expectations, the front desk staff were borderline rude. Instead of a double bed like I asked I got two single beds held together by a sheet. Breakfast was the only thing that slightly redeemed our experience" |

| "We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was not right in the heart of the cavill ave bustle (about 3 blocks away). It was also great as it was located 1 block from the beach and next to a convenient store. Kitchen and internal laundry with dryer was a bonus and the living area was spacious. Only complaint was there was no spa, but we knew this prior to booking. " |

| "I stay for Honey Moon and I have mentioned in the reservation letter for a double bed. However, they only provide a twin bed. And when you call for help, you need to try several times before they send somebody to look after your problem. And the days I stay in this hotel was school holiday week and i think they have a promotion for school students. So during the stay I and my wife experience the noisy and mess hotel in my life. The school boys and girls found everywhere in the hotel. Really bad experience for me." |
