The staff were helpful & friendly. the rooms were clean and tidy & the few times that we used the amenities everything was very presentable and clean, my only disappointment was with the parking facilities as the second night we had to park in the vacant allotment next to the hotel, but overall a worthy place to stay and value for money.

| "The housekeeping is really good however they should be more aware of environment from all the washing, overall service is good. We got breakfast included, the all you can eat breakfast buffet was really great. The water from tap was not good for drinking so we bought mineral water.We also recommended replacing the kettle with better quality. Very good pool and children entertainment. The high rise development that will go on the site hopefully will not affect any qualities.

| "The first day we arrived at the hotel,the receptionist wasn't friendly and not smiling to us at all,room given to us had a power failure,behind tv console a baby roaches crawling.Had lunch in their restaurant we ordered a pizza,fruits and sandwiches.They served us BURNT pizza and rotten fruits! It was a mistake that we stayed there for 2 weeks and asked to pay extra charges on Asiarooms!Nothing spectacular about their kids zone,asking for a fee is ridiculous,no service whatsoever! I won't come back neither will I recommend it to any of our family friends.We still talked about it how unhappy we are there.Poor service,hospitality and value!Please improve on overall standards" |

| "this resort was well past expectations. had heaps of activities for families - 4 pools, tennis court, games room. bar, restaurant, cafe and convenience store for adults. great cocktails!! breakfasts were excellent! friendly staff who were so helpful. prompt service. pity there wasnt many places to get away from children but a great resort and would definatly stay there again!" |
