We had arrived very early to the hotel and were greeted with a very happy friendly face, we got our room early with no problems whatsoever. The hotel is under new management and i have to say it has been the cleanest hotel i have stayed at. There was a new spa pool installed and the management put on a free BBQ, the resort guests and owners were more friendly than some of my family members. I am doing a round the world holiday and as said before this has been the best hotel so far. The rooms are very large with full cooking facilities, washing machine and tumble drier but what i liked most was there was a full size fridge freezer in ours. air-con worked perfect, The Gym was well equiped too. I cannot think of a negative for this hotel. All in all its a superb budget hotel with all you'll need for a great holiday. Very close to all transport links down to surfers too. To sum up: Warm friendly staff, superb room, Nice spa, BBQ areas very clean, very refreshing lagoon style pool too. I Highly recommend this hotel to those without the buget for conrad jupiters.

| "During our 7 night stay in late May, 2007 the offered room rate is reasonable (especially for travellers who looking for budget room...) The room is comfortable with adequate accommodation facilities. We can see Fantastic view of the sea world from the balcony as it located just the opposite the beautiful Gold Coast Broadwater at Southport. Nice location: 15-20 mins drive to the movie world and 10 mins drive to sea world. My wife and I would like to stay at this hotel AGAIN." |

| "The room which we've booked is well-equipped. Like the location...not too crowded with tourists. It is near the beach and we enjoyed the morning walks at the beach. Australian Fair is within walking distance and we were able to get food and stuff quite easily. From there, we could easily take the public transport to various tourists attractions :)" |
