| "We enjoyed a romantic 10th anniversary get away. Room, the service and the location were perfect for us. The view from the corner room was magnificient. Highly recommend for romantic getaway." |

| "I somehow don't think all the 5/5's are legitimate after reading all the reviews in full.
Bit of a blag to indicate that the place is the dog's nads. The wife was thinking of stopping there as per the "Accor Premiere Vacation Club" - however highly unlikely now after reading the views of previous guests. Nice one ! " |

| "The first day we arrived our bathroom was not cleaned properly. The guest staying before us got sick and the housekeeping failed to notice the mess in the bathroom.
The pool area was to small to enjoy. One needed to go early in the morning to book the chairs, otherwise there was no place to sit by the pool. One day however we saw extra chairs sitting on the side, but we were no allowed to use them because only the hotel engineer could place the chairs according to the front desk. Other than that our expereince was positive. " |

| "Very accommodating! The Sofitel hotel was undergoing reconstruction when we arrived. We didn't know this was going to be happening when we booked our room. The hotel upgraded our room to one that was refurbished and away from the noisiness. " |

| "Getting service was a real problem.....we checked in as a family of three people, and getting an additional (third towel) took two days and four phone calls to housekeeping!!
The Hotel's main advantage is location......it is located in the center of Broadbeach, and is one of the rare places on the Gold Coast where one COULD do without a car, because the important stuff (beach, restaurants, casino, shopping) are all within walking distance." |

| "We had a room with a wonderful view of the ocean. But over all the furniture is old and scuffed which is not indicative of a first class hotel. The carpet had many stains which had seen many better days. The room price was high for what is was." |
