Would I stay at this location
again:

Probably not
Location is brilliant - right in the middle of Surfers. However the room was positively ordinary. Whilst the huge mould deposit in bathroom may be considered a design feature, it was an indicator to the ordinary state of cleanliness. Hot water system could not cope with 2 people in the apartment.
