| "Location is great. The service staff is friendly and helpful. We arrived early morning before standard checkin time. But the staff gave us an available room (and complimentary upgrade) upon request. Staff are also equipped with info on attractions, etc. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside is, I noticed on the second day, that the room was not made up properly. Would stay in the hotel again. " |

| "Booked this hotel via asiarooms. On early arrival, I was told my room was not ready but that I could upgrade at additional cost for a suite. I did so and was given a lovely room facing the river behind. Rooms on the other side of the hotel have a view of the highway and occupiers will have to put up with the non-stop traffic on this side. Parking was a rip off as you have to pay additional for every day you park at the hotel. This seems ridiculous when your actually staying at the hotel and really adds up after a few days. Facilities are good but there are too many tourists for my liking as the hotel is packed with busloads arriving and departing continually. Opposite the hotel, across the highway, are the local Surfers shops which offer cheaper eating than at the hotel. Being so close is definitely an advantage. Crossing the highway though is risky for those less mobile even though there are traffic lights nearby. Overall a good hotel but be aware there may be hidden costs and ask first!" |

| "Hotel is well located, next to the main road. It is convenience; bus stop going to Warner Brother is just next to the hotel. Sea World bus stop have to walk into the Beach street.
Disadvantage for the location is that it will be quite noisy for the traffic. So better stay in a higher floor. Recommend to better use the balcony as this can view through the Surfer Paradise beach.
Room is clean and tidy. Not much complaints for it.
Swimming pool is very ver small!" |

| "The room is clean and tidy but it's pretty small. Fortunately the balcony is really big and it gives us a panoramic view of the river and the city.
Make sure you've to take your tooth brush and razor as they don't provide any! Some staff are helpful but some need training. It seems that they're not really professional when answering guests' questions. For instance, there's no concierge in the lobby but the receptionist can answer your questions -but they're not sure the exact location of the bus stop and which bus I should take to the theme park! | "The location is very good that it takes around 5-10 mins to the central of Surfers Paradise. The view from room is also beautiful. I am also impressed by the room size. The only improvement is that staff from the receiption should be more cheerful and frienly to guests. I can hardly find smiles from the faces of staff." |
